I can't save my game . I tried every game speed to save and when i press the save , save & quit button , nothing happen . I also tried the main menu button but nothing appears again, how can i save my game now ?it didn't appear to be an error

i also tried to go to edit town mode but i fail , i can't even enter the edit town mode . I also cannot enter the buy mode build mode to delete the inventory item T_T

Are you using custom content or mods ? Does this happen on a older game or do you have the same issue if you start a new one ?

That just happened to me, too. 

Every once in a while this does happen, but not often. 

Generally, pausing the game before Save As works very well. Then I just hit Quit and quit without saving.

I no longer have mods or custom content, so this can happen to anyone.

Try to follow the steps given in this link:

It might be possible that you would not be able to find some files mentioned in the article. You should be able to find the file sims3.bad.

This file is a result of file corruption so simply delete it and then try to save your game.
