safe mode windows 8 update?

I was on chat with EA and they told me some links to go to and I downloaded clean boost.

then he gave me a secondary link saying something about going into safe mode ..
when he sent me the email to do the secondary step the link wasn't attached and they are now currently closed.
Does anybody have any ideas? My requirements were good he said so I just don't know what the additional safe mode option or update was I needed to do thanks

What's the issue, are you just trying to install the game?

I purchase and install the game just fine, the technical support team said it was an issue that would be easily fixed and he had me install Webroot and said I needed to do an additional step. What happens is when I go in to play the game it says my requirements are not high enough but when they checked my requirements are more than high enough I can play while on all the highest setting so I can handle them is for sure
