so it was a late night and i forgot how to read and i thought it said sims 4 but it says sims 3 and i spent $20 0n a game i don't want. i tried refunding last night and it said that i had to launch the game so i downloaded it and launched it and i tried to refund it and now it keeps showing this:

@brae6671  You can usually get an automatic refund if you've bought a base game, as in, not any packs.  Here's how:

If that doesn't work though, you'll need to contact EA customer support to ask for help.  Support is on limited hours right now, with phone calls entirely unavailable and live chat only open from 9 am to midnight GMT, Monday through Saturday.  It's a good idea to attempt to contact support about a refund anyway though, since you only have 24 hours from when you first launched the game to request one.  You can then follow up on Monday.
