my parents cleared out the computer and it erased all of my sims when i went on to redownload them i realized that they are not on origins even though i have the disks. i tried to redownload it threw the disk and or put it on origins it says that it is already active and would like to know how to put it on origins and redown load it so i dont have this issue again
