redeemed city living but won't show up in my games and cannot download

I brought Sims 4 City Living from cdkeys today (I've brought get together from there before and it was fine) and redeemed the code. It says that it was redeemed successfully but when I went into my games it still gives me the option to buy it and I cannot download it. I haven't got it hidden and I've reloaded my games library multiple times! I don't know what to do, someone please help

It's been solved by EA... Apparently I was sent the wrong code

@LucyLacedx Once you redeem the code the download should start. Does Origin show something downloading? It is a large download and I noticed my download wasn't at my full bandwidth. The download will take some time depending on your ISP speed. After the download is complete the pack will install but this should not take that long. You don't have to start the download - it should start automatically. There should be a download progress in the lower left panel of Origin.

mine isn't working and i couldn't of got sent to wrong code as it did go onto there it didn't have any errors but it doesn't show anywhere on my game library

Did you check the extra content tab ? Does it still say buy there ?
