"Buy Medicine" option not available on computer?

My Sim has fleas (?) and there is no hospital to go to. The message by the bug says to buy medicine using the computer, but there is no option on the computer. I can't find it anywhere. Help?

Sure would be nice to be able to GO to the hospital.

Sell the computer and replace it with same model computer from your build buy mode in game The current computer is bugged. Works with bookcases too

Should be under ORDER on the computer

If it's not there, are you using mods ?

I'm having this same problem and I'm not using any mods. The option to buy medicine and gardening seeds used to be there but they're not there anymore.

Yes this works, but it's extremely annoying for those of us that don't use money cheats. We lose money every time we have to do this and then have to reapply all the upgrades. 

Hope this bug gets fixed soon.

I was having a hard time doing it because i didn't know by what you mean.I didn't get it when you said "same model computer from your build buy mode.

The phrase "but same model in build mode" means go into build mode, sell your computer and then buy another. Then you will be able to buy medicine. This also works if you can't buy gardening seeds and in bookcases.

its 2020 now and yet it is still not fixing it.And here i am searching the answer lol
