product code already used

hi I had this game installed then I uninstalled it I have recently wanted to play again so I am trying to reinstall it but I have forgot my email I used so I created a new one for origin when I type my code into redeem code it says code already used please help

You need to be using the same account you originally registered the game on. If you remember your Origin ID you can use that instead of the e-mail to log back in, and that's pretty much it.

If you cannot remember, contact our game advisors who should be able to assist provided you can prove account ownership.
