problem downloading gift sent

Hello everyone.

Iam facing a problem. I bought the ''Sims 4'' game, but after the installation I saw that english language wasn't available. Afterwards, I saw that the game was available in english, but only to send it as a gift (!). So, a friend of mine also bought it and sent it to me as a gift. I then got a notification saying that there is a gift waiting for me, but when trying to download it a message pops up saying ''sorry, we can't seem to find that gift''. I tried to contact the support, but no one answered. Someone having any idea?
