Why you might need the zip version is it gives you guff about "must use HP/Dell/whoever drivers"... then you extract and force those bad boys on after uninstalling current ones, restarting, going to devicemanager and force them on. Reason for this is because whoever made the laptop probably has drivers years old never updated since the laptop was current.
My eyes went blind trying read through that formatting... I didn't check to see if you have a dedicated card.. if you do you need to Update the drivers to that.
Specifically nVidia cards because many have "Optimus" which means it's switchable graphics between Intel and nVidia for power savings mostly.
Download their newest drivers and force the game to "High Performance"

(Example of BF:H replace with Sims4; it's the same difference)
nVidia Control Panel -> 3D Settings -> Program Settings -> Add Program (Sims4) -> High Performance Processor
AMD cards call it "Switchable Graphics" for someone who has AMD laptops. Not relevelent directly to this conversation I suppose.
*EDIT*
I went to look... it's Sony... oh man... I think there is extra trouble there if memory serves right... I think they had some really funky driver protection... Hope the above works for you Kitty.
*edit2*
I went to look for a second GPU but the DXdiag didn't go down that far... if it was there it'd be way down and hard to spot.

Same story as above.
Driver Attributes: Final Retail Driver Date/Size: 4/21/2010
That is yours and you also have a first generation mobile HD graphics.
-----------------
When / if you guys get it running.
If you can post how well the game is running for you, I'd like to hear your experiences you have on your two laptops. I have not done any testing of my own on this game at all to get a feel for how "low she can go". From what I've heard it should be a playable experience for you. I'd like to hear from you how it runs though. Thanks

it's telling me "The driver being installed is not validated for this computer. Please obtain the appropriate driver from the computer manufacturer. " So it's not letting me download anything.

Download the Zipped file of the drivers.
Go to Control Panel, Uninstall your current "HD Graphics Intel" drivers. It will be one entry and it will include most if not all of those words.
Restart
Install the Zipped drivers using this method of Device Manger:
http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/CS-033915.htm
Have the Zipped files unzipped in a folder you know where it is.
---
That's the routine to normally get around it... something is sticking in my head about Sony and drivers... I'll give it a google
*ya above method will probably work... didn't find the words I wanted to see but I bet if you do a variation of the above you can get them on there... assuming I picked out the right driver pack :P
*re-paste from above.

I don't know what "analyzing" means or even what step your at ><. Are you going the Zip file route or are you trying to uninstall and then run the .EXE version. Or run the automated tool again. Did you uninstall?
Exiting doesn't sound to good of an idea unless your sure it's frozen...
At which point you want to move to going into Safe Mode and running "Display Driver Uninstaller" or "DriverSweeper"... Those would force clean the Intel drivers.
If you get a BSOD of restart, go back to safe mode.
Right Click -> Computer -> Properties -> Device Manager = Remove the Display Adapter
If you are deep doodoo because something went major wrong... Safe Mode - System Restore
Safe Mode w/ Networking comes in very hand when you need to use the internet.
