I want to talk about something you don't mention above: hair pets dlc mising
How accessible is the current experience? I can use parts of it
Summarize what in the product is difficult to use. i can use pets objects and stuff but in the character creation the hair thats included in the dlc just isnt there
How is this making it more difficult? i cant use these items
How can we reproduce this experience? i tried repairing the game and verifying the files but the hair just doesnt show up
im not sure how to fix this and i need help

are you using any mods in your game ? Like the more columns in CAS mod ? If so, make sure all your mods are up-to-date with the current patch level.
If not, try repairing your game through Origin.
