.package Files Suddenly Don't Work

Something has happened to my game where to half, if not all of my package files aren't working/showing up in game. It just happened out of no where. I have removed my recent custom downloaded files as well as all the package files and I still have the issue (I can tell because I have no into and no build sparkle packages that aren't doing what they're suppose to when I had removed all the package files except those two).

Can ANYONE help me or point me to someone who may know the problem?
