overwrite tray file

I downloaded new custom content for furniture, which contained bpi & blueprint files, when copying them to the tray folder, it prompted me to overwrite other files already in there.

Can i do that safely without messing up other mods?

No mods will be involved. You may already have that CC furniture or it may accidentally be named the same as other CC you have in which case that will be overwritten.
