I downlaoded Sims4 off of origin on my pc. I went to my same origin account on a laptop and it says I need to download the game but I already did.

@reallab  You need to download and install the game separately on each computer where you want to play.  The program files have to be installed on that computer before the game will run.

If you want to play your existing save on a new computer, you have to transfer the save file over to that computer as well.
