Dear EA,
I had placed a pre-order for this new Sims game over 2 weeks ago. I have not received any updates as to when the game will be shipped. This game was supposed to be a birthday present. The birthday has come & gone, The fun of anticipating the new game is quickly disolving into nothing.
I would expect that a tech company such as yours would have auto prompts created when your games are packaged & shipped. With tracking info.
Please advise when we can expect a delivery. Note:If if you cannot respond to this email within 3 Business days I will start the process of challenging the charge for the game.

@dosti111 if you orded from origin then there are no hard copies to be shipped as orign went digital only log into your orign from the desktop with the enail and passowrd you used for the account then check in th emy games tab right clcik the game icon download
