@smh678x  Let's start with some simple questions. Is your computer a pc or mac? Did the game ever play? What is the version of the game?

My computer is a PC windows 10 and it's a heavy duty computer that works really fast and the game has played for 4 years but now it is coming up with that message

@smh678x  What is the version of your game?  Windows 10 was released in July 29, 2015 so you couldn't be playing this game with Windows 10 for 4 years.
