not getting sims points from sponsor video

1/2 the time it don't come up at all

other times it doesn't even play

and 1/2 the time it plays but never gives me my points

and i have refreshed i so many times i lost count

@Shywolf100 Is it a specific video that does not work or do you know the name of the one that you have issues with?

Also does the issue occur in different browsers - IE11, Firefox, Chrome?

i've tried firefox, internet and google

it's 1/2 of them, 1 time it works ok and the next time it doesn't
