no television shows sims just watch black screen

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have all
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? television wont show pictures. turn television on
What happens when the bug occurs? game still plays fine sim watches television just a black screen
What do you expect to see? pictures on television screen
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes

Thankyou for your replys I tried every thing that was done suggested and what worked for me was clearing all game caches

This also happens to me sometimes as well it's weird.

@Scififan56 Could you try if repairing the game works ?
1. Close the game
2. Right-Click on the game in Origin
3. Hit Repair game.

Do they actually have a watch TV in the queue or do they just sit there giving the impression to watch ?

Is this because you are playing the game at fast or ultra speed?

The television will show blurred black screen under fast and ultra speed and will only show motion pictures at normal speed.

No was only playing slow speed
