I bought a new pack bundle, went to play through Origin only to find the Sims 4 has no play button. Only says details were play should be. Have tried emailing help with no answer and finding answers on the forum that matched me but didn't find one.

@areless In that case, you'll need to contact EA customer support and ask that the Steam version be removed from your account. There's no way that I know of to fix this issue on your own.

@areless Do you own the game through Steam, or have you at some point used the free Steam trial? Does your computer run Windows or macOS? For Windows, try clearing Origin's cache and restarting your computer.

If that alone doesn't help, see whether you have the option to repair; it would be in the menu that pops up when you click the gear icon (next to the Details button) in your screenshot.
