no email with product key for sims island

i have just brought island paradise through orgin and downloaded but my product key hasnt been sent to me via email

Hey there, AHQ is a public forum and we at AHQ cannot access your Origin profile or issue out registration or redemption codes.

• If the game has just been unwrapped and opened, you can return to the retailer and convince them to issue you a new redemption or registration code.

• Other wise you will need to contact Origin/EA support they will happily help you with your problem (https://help.ea.com/en/origin )

• Once you have followed the link above press contact --> give information --> I still need help (located at the bottom of the page) and then press 'Create Live Chat'!

• You will be connected with a EA agent that will assist you with your issues!

Check on the origin client.

Right click on the game and choose Show game details. The code should be there

If it's not there, log out and back in and/or restart Origin
