no code in sims 3 disk expansion thing

sorry if I'm being a bother but I bought a sims 3 disk thing for the showtime limited expansion but it doesn't not have the code in it, what should I do?

@Neophyte117  Go back to the seller and ask for a refund.  Without a product code, you won't be able to register the pack in Origin or even install it just using the disc, so the product is basically useless.

Just to make sure though, check the entire contents of the case, including the back of the insert: that's where my product codes were printed.
