Hi, on Saturday 14/01, due to the fact that I had a damaged DVD from The Sims 3 and expansions, I wanted to download them by redeeming the code on the EA App, but neither The Sims 3 base nor the expansions appeared in the collection. Is there any solution for this? I contacted by phone but they were unable to help. Maybe I can learn something here. I am adding screenshot with application version

@aczikita  Did you try to redeem the codes, and get an error?  Or did the EA App appear to accept the codes?  If the latter, please clear the EA App's cache:

and restart your computer, then see whether the game shows up.
