ok..1st I had problems with ITF disappearing off my computer..so after dl it 3 times off origin it started to work...now my launcher wont start up..I tried redownloading sims3..that worked ..it loaded launcher but as soon as the patch was downloaded it stopped launcher working..I run xp have multiple expansions which all worked fine until I got ITF then it all hit the fan

Btw I have tried to open it with the shortcut that gets posted to desktop and through origin ..I get the same error.."There was an error during startup.Please see the log for more details."
