So I just redownloaded the game on my new gaming laptop, and I had bought the deluxe version of the game. I remember these little bubbles would pop up when your sims would wanna do it and you'll get these points from them.
now with redownloading it, that no longer shows up and that who buying stuff from those points are gone.
When you are in the game, find the three dots on the top right of the screen. Open "Game options" and select Gameplay. There on the right side of the screen, you will have the option "Show whims". Mark it.
