my sims game won't work

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? every pack except for seasons, my first pet, jungle adventures, laundry day, and bowling night.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? when you open the sims 4 and try to play a household it doesn't let you play the household. and when you build a household or update the house all the furniture is gone.
What happens when the bug occurs? it takes me to all the worlds in my sims game
What do you expect to see? my sim, in front or in her house with her dog and cat.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

i open my sims game, go to my sim's household and it takes me strait to all the worlds in my sims game

Have you tried taking out your custom content and mods at all ?

a lot of custom content/mods is outdated and needs updating.

Try removing everything and see if it then loads.
