my sims arms are crazy

My sims arms are a little weird it is fine when she is walking about but if i zoom out a little she ends up doing the weird tik tok windmill hands thing. i was playing with this sim yesterday and she was fine then today when i went on the glitch was happening. i do have cc but i haven’t downloaded anything recently especially in between the time of yesterday and today. Hallpppp!!
