my sims 4 wont work

Hi

I got my sims 4 about 10 months ago and I have been having trouble with it since. It is a disc, so I thought it would work. It starts up by saying to click continue to open orgin, which I do, then it says to put in the redeem code which I did but it won't work after that.

I would really like some help so can someone please help me.

Open Origin and log in to your account. Then click the game in Game Library.
