my sims 4 wont load on origin

hey everyone,

Having an issue with getting sims 4 to open with origin on my laptop.

updated the laptop to windows 10 and ever since then there has been a problem.

can anyone help please

Do you get any errors? Or what happens?

Same here the game just starts up and I'm here waiting for it to load but then the game freezes on the title screen. I don't want to delete the game and redownload it because then I'll lose all my progress. Is there any way to fix it without deleting the game? (this is on PC and btw there's also CC that I downloaded but I don't think that's the cause of it)

Try running the game without the CC.

If that doesn't work, try taking out your screenshots folder and put that on your desktop.
