my sims 4 game will not load even though it has been fully installed?

My game is not loading? Every time I press play, the screen goes blank and then a message pops up saying Origin needs to be running? which it is due to me being signed in to load the game????

Clear Origin's cache.
Make sure to white-list Origin and TS4 in your security programs, then run both as administrator.

Not working? Perform a Clean Boot and see if the game runs.

If that does not work, something might be up with Origin.

Do a manual uninstallation of Origin, and reinstall the program as Administrator (run the setup.exe file as admin)
