my sims 4 game keeps crashing

so i love this sims 4 and i've had this recent problem that i just can't play. it's not that i don't want to play it's that the game doesn't let me!!! everytime i try to go on it'll be on for like five minutes at the most and just crash. and i don't know if it's some cc i've installed or what but all i want to do is play

Have you tried updating your drives? That could be the problem. If not, then you can go to https://help.ea.com/en/ and then go through the process, then request a call or chat, its normally quick and easy(unless the problem is very advanced), and you get to talk to a real person, and the techs really know what they're talking about.
