my game wont stop lagging [ Edited ]

SO my game wont stop lagging when ever i make my sim do something she lags i really tried everything i look at other people questions but none help me.I even thought it was my computer it might be then i did cleaning didn't work.After that i deleted my big mod and almost my whole cc i mostly have ea stuff now.I really need help i tried and failed i just want to play SIMS. Plase help me.

Probably outdated mod or CC have has broken your game

Try doing a factory reset as is described here

I understand that you made the factory reset of the game folder and clean game completely without mods also has problems.

About DxDiag 

There is not any of your private data there. Only your computer's data. What GPU do you have, how much RAM you have, how old are your graphics drivers, what kind of graphics card you have, how much disk space you have and what software and hardware problems your system is reporting and so on .. but I understand your fears and if you do not want to do it, the choice is yours
Look for this data personally in this DXDiag and read the final report on problems. This report will at the end of the printout if you have Win10 system.

Once you get the text file on your desktop attach it to the paper clip in the lower right of your response windows,
