my sims 4 game has started to crash after the new windows 10 update and I feel like I have tried everything to fix it. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it many times and deleted the sims 4 folder and got rid of all my custom stuff and tried lowering the graphics and everything and it has been going on for months and I cant find a way to fix it anywhere and I don't know what to do.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

Do you have any Mods or CC? If so move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game.
