my game glitches

my sims 3 game will glitch whenever i try to get my sims to go to work,what i mean by that is whenever i click the car i picked for them they wont go into the car,it will glitch out

@queenvampire1994  Try switching the sims into their work outfits before you click on the car.

If that doesn't help, please let me know exactly what happens when you click on the car, not just that it "glitches out" but precisely what you see on-screen.
