my disk cracked when I tried to remove it from the case

after re-installing Windows 7, I was loading all my Sims 3 games back up and when I went to get my Sims 3 Pets disk, it cracked, were it's held in at the center of the disk, now it won't load. Can I get a replacement disk ?
