my cats and dogs expansion pack has disappeared

Hello there,

I downloaded the expansion pack Get To Work and afterwards my Cats and Dogs expansion pack has disappeared.

In the main menu it says I do have the pack installed from buying it some 6 months ago but when i load/click new game it is not there at all, none of the items show up and i cannot create a pet.

It seems to me that by installing get to work cats and dogs has been deleted or at the east overridden.

In addition to the above problems I am unable to adopt children.

Do you have any Mods or CC? If so move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game.
