my Sims 4 always causes blue screen and restarts automatically, why?

Ever since I started the game and wanted to travel and build a new house, it always crashes before leading to a blue screen. How can I fix it? This is my DxDiag.

Look for new drivers for your both graphics cards
I couldn't find this AsusTek corporation page so you can look here for it

You need to find in these links the name of your card and there will be drivers for it. However, your computer may inform you that these drivers are not compatible with your system - then, of course, you cannot download and install them.
Finding drivers for NVidia cards is easy in this link - the computer will find them there for you, however, I don't know if it will work the same for Intel cards and whether you will have to look for them yourself.
