msvrl00.dll is missing...?

I accidently uninstalled ArcadeCake from my computer without realizing what I was for until I tried to play sims. Is there any to reinstall the missing mod or will I have to delete and then download them all in again? I reinstalled the main one but then a window pops up saying that a specified module couldn't be found
