My Mods are not working. I have the sims 4 game on my pc, the game updated and now I can't use any of the custom content, so I deleted all my custom content go so new custom content and it still didn't work. then I remove all the content and repaired my files still didn't work, then I uninstalled it then reinstalled it, STILL DIDN'T WORK. and now I'm stuck

Are you sure that you have marked "Turn on mods" in the game options after the patch?
If so :
Move the mods folder to the desktop.
Delete localthumbcache.package file in the game folder
The game will create new mods folder with new resource.cfg.
Also, new localthumbcache.package file will be created without saved errors.
Then paste your mods and CC in the new mods folder. First, paste script mods every time checking if the game is OK. Do the same do the same with CC but if you have a lot of this, try the 50/50 method.
