missing expansion for sims 3

i try to move my sims 3 game from one computer to another but some of my expansions are missing.two of my expansions are Cds and one of them is register through origin.my late night,high-end loft stuff,and island Paradise that was a Cd registered but pets and seasons didn't. i brought all of my games at game stop but i couldn't get physical copy of some expansions so i got receipts with the redeem codes on it.only one of the those are not in origin even though i added it.

@kpopfan124  You'll need to contact EA customer support to try to get the missing packs added to your account.  It would help to provide a photo for each missing pack showing the disc, the case it came in, and the inesert with the code printed on it; or a photo of the receipt with the code showing (and readable) for the pack for which you bought a digital download code.  You can upload the photos as you're submitting your request for help.
