missing content

i have had multiple packs recently put into my game and after the last update they have all gone missing. i am upset about this because i saved up my money for this so any help will be much appreciated.

Hi;

Are you talking about the additional stuff, game, and expansion packs, or are you talking Custom Content? If it's custom content, you may just need to re-enable custom content in-game, however if it's the actual packs, you may need to reach out to Origin Customer Service for further assistance if those packs are not showing up on your Origin profile.
