missing content from limited editions

I am missing my limited edition content for the sims 3 island paradise and university. How do I get it back?

@ChildzPlease  Most limited edition content was downloadable through the Sims 3 Store; it didn't come already installed with the game.  Check your store purchase history for the missing items.

@ChildzPlease  Then you'll need to contact EA customer support and get it added back to your account.  As far as I know, they're not searchable in the store, since these are free gifts for limited editions and not buyable items.
