male sim keeps changing into female outfit

i have a male sim that i play all the time and he is level 10 in the programming skill. Ive never had any issues while playing with him until today. i had him “make a video game” on his computer and as he was sitting in his chair, his skin turned white and he was suddenly dressed in feminine clothing. Maybe i’m missing something??? i’ve never encountered this before and i find it quite annoying lol

I've had this same problem except for me it happens whenever they are meant to be "nude." It happens for all male sims.
