lost redeem code

 I'd installed and started using the sims 4 but then was told the application wouldn't open so uninstall then reinstall. So I uninstalled, but then when I tried to reinstall I didnt realise the redeem code was in the case. The case had broken so it was thrown out a while ago without knowing the redeem code was in it. I have no receipt to show I bought the game because I was given it for christmas. How could I find the redeem code?

@LMS110104  If you'd ever installed Sims 4, you'd have needed to register your product code in Origin.  So the game should already be in the Origin library of the account you used at the time.  Just login to that account, open your game library, click on the Sims 4, and press the Download button.

If Sims 4 isn't in your account, then yes, you need to contact EA customer support.
