lost my product code!!!

i bought sims 4 online and downloaded it from my computer. i started playing and i close my computer, after a while i played sims 4, but when i wanted to open the game it appeared a window that said: write the product code of sims 4 to play on your account, search on your email to find it. i searched but there was no email where it says that, and i do not remember that email. PLEASE TELL ME WHAT TO DO!!! ps: sorry for my english

Does it no longer show up in myGames ? Are you sure you've logged in with the correct account (use email instead of username)
