losing weight

I originally made my sim fat can I make her skinny by making her work out a lot or does she stay like that permanently I would like to change her

If you work out your Sim they will lose the weight. It takes a bit, but the weight will come off. Or if you want it to be instant you can use cas.fulleditmode and you'll be able to re-edit your Sim like it's the first time you're making them and then slim Her down.
