So my old laptop broke, it was pretty crappy, but my mother agreed to buy me a new one, but it cant be too expensive, I'm gonna be using almost all dlcs, lots of mods and cc too. My budget is to about 300-530 USD, looking for 512GBSSD to 1TBSSD or more or it could be hdd, i don't really mind, also looking for a laptop to atleast run on high settings with 30fps i have some options already, but if you could suggest more it’d be great.

Option 2:

@lolnzz These options are all pretty much the same in terms of the performance you'd expect, but high settings may be a stretch if you plan on installing all or most packs. Regardless, you can do a lot better. This laptop has a graphics chips that's around 35% faster in gaming, on average, plus 16 GB RAM, which is nice to have if not strictly necessary. It's $380 by itself or $450 if you want a subscription to Office.

If you don't like this particular computer, another option is this Acer, which has the same hardware except other than its 8 GB RAM. That's still more than enough for Sims 4; it's just that heavy multitasking is smoother when the computer has more memory.

If you really need 1 TB storage, this refurbished option has that, plus 16 GB RAM and the same processor and graphics chip as the others. But you are taking a risk with a refurbished model.

These days at least, you're not going to find laptops with better performance until you get into the gaming laptop category, and those usually start around $650, although I've seen them as low as $550 on occasion.

I see you on alot of forums helping people with a good laptop please please help me I can barely find anything, I'm at a lower price range than most people I'm trying to aim for $150-250$ so I can play sims 4🥺

@xARxEMOxbish $250 U.S. isn't a lot, but it's manageable if you don't mind low-medium graphics settings and/or a used laptop. Most of the decent options I'm seeing are at Walmart. This is the best I found in terms of new options:

It is right at the top of your budget, but it's a new model that should be able to handle all current Sims 4 content on low-medium to medium graphics settings.
This is a used model, sold directly by Walmart (more reilable than buying from a third-party seller), with the same capabilities. It comes in several colors, so if black isn't available where you are, check the other options; from what I can see, there are two others also under $250.

This is the best option I found at Best Buy:
It has the same processor and graphics card as the options above, but a larger and much slower hard drive. So Sims 4 should run about the same, but Windows itself will run more start and run more slowly.
The other option you have is to buy a used laptop on Ebay or another marketplace. Let me know if you want to go that route.
And if you have more questions in general, please feel free to ask.
