loaded game blue box ???

so i just downloaded the sims 4 and i loaded a game and this is what appears, yes i've uninstalled then installed it again and again and also kept closing it and opening it, i would like help.

Do you have any Mods or CC? If so move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game.
