Hi i have a glitch that's been bothering me for a while now.. i have searched for a fix but no one seems to have this problem.
When I play my (or any other) family, or even go into build mode, the lighting acts really weird, like the lighting isnt stuck to the world, and all of the shadows freely move with the camera.
I do have CC, but i turned it off, and played again to see if that was the issue, but it still did it. I have also tried repairing the game multiple times, but that doesnt work either, i have even cleared the sims caches, like cachestr and localthumbcache, but that didnt do anything either.

Have you used the T.O.O.L. Mod to add objects outside of the Lot?
If you bulldoze all those lots does it still happen?
How did you 'turn off' your CC? Please move the Sims 4 folder to the desktop and start a brand new, clean game with none of your content in it and see if it still happens.
