I redeemed my sims 3 game but it said the redeem code was already used but it hasn't. i put it in thesims3.com is that why i can't put it on Origin?

For Origin

You don't need to re-register again. Simply login with your Origin account from the desktop shortcut of origin the origin you download  with the email and password you use for your  account  my games tab right click the game icon download

if your logged into Origin at the moment log out and back in to get the my games to refresh/reload
