lag playing sims 3 full pack

have you tried clearing out your DcBackup folder I was experiencing major amounts of lag and I realized that folder was so filled up with junk that i don't even need It was making my game run excessively slow. I had 723 items in it that I didn't even need and it was causing my game to lag out and crash. once I deleted it all my game was running much smoother. The DcBackup file can be found in Documents/ElectronicArts/TheSims3 it should be right under Custom Music file
