keyboard not working the sims 4

i download the game from origin, When i tried to open the game, i cant do anything because there is no cursor and the keyboard also doenst work. I tried playing using Alt+F1 but even the window displaying is different I still cant see the cursor or the keyboard.

@maicabral Not sure about the keyboard but do you by chance have mouse trails on ? If so, turn them off.
